We needed more dining seating so I came up with the idea of a built in banquette that would span the entire back wall and most of the side wall. Banquettes feel so cozy and inviting.

Notice all the contrasting colors in each room.
Contrast of materials and colors provide drama and interest. The light colors brighten up the space while the dark colors anchor the design, and give it substance.
